CA Construction Leads

We register your company with California general contractors, so you get invited to bid.

You fill one form, once. We take it from there and submit your company to every general contractor in your package — their own vendor portals, their forms, their document requirements. You never fill anything out again.

One form. One time.

This is the only time you fill this out. We take your information and use it to register you with every GC in your package.

Two things have to reach us before the clock starts:

  1. The onboarding form, complete. Every field.
  2. Your documents by email to prequal@caconstructionleads.com — W-9, certificate of insurance, CSLB license, EMR letter, and your written safety program (IIPP).

Your 15 business days start the day the last of those arrives, not the day you paid. You have 30 days from your payment date to get us both.

The one thing that stops us is incomplete information. A GC that asks for a field you left blank is a GC we cannot register you with.

›What you get

We submit your company to GCs whose vendor registration is directly accessible: the GC's own form, or a platform that is free for subcontractors. At the end you receive a report listing every GC we worked, the action taken, and the resulting status.

Some GCs instead require a paid subscription to a third-party compliance platform such as ISNetworld, Avetta, Highwire or COMPASS. Those are not part of the package and are not counted in your 100 or 200. If you want them, we quote them separately.

›What we do not promise

Registration with a general contractor is a pre-requisite for receiving bid invitations. It is never a guarantee of invitations, leads, or work. Vendor approval and bid invitations are decided solely by each GC. Registration is also non-exclusive: other subcontractors, including other clients of ours, may be registered with the same general contractors.
