CA Construction Leads

CA Construction Leads ("we", "us") submits your company's information to general contractors ("GCs") in California for the purpose of vendor registration and pre-qualification. The package you purchase determines the number of GCs we submit to:
Starter — 100 GCs — $499 USD, one time
Extended — 200 GCs — $699 USD, one time
This is a one-time service. There is no subscription, no renewal and no recurring charge.
At the end of the engagement you receive a report listing every GC we worked, the action taken for each, and the resulting status. Statuses include: application submitted; registration pending GC review; account created; submission not possible (no vendor process available); and action required from you.
We do not guarantee that you will receive bid invitations, that any GC will approve your registration, or that you will be awarded any work. Vendor approval and bid invitations are decided solely by each GC. Registration is a prerequisite for being invited to bid — it is not a promise of work, and no statement by us should be read as one.
Within 10 days of purchase you must complete the intake form and provide the required documents (typically W-9, certificate of insurance, contractor license, DIR registration if applicable, EMR letter, and your written safety program). You must also provide a contact email address to be used on the registration forms.
The intake form collects information only. Documents are sent by email to prequal@caconstructionleads.com. If a file is too large for one email, send it in two, or share a Drive or Dropbox link. A document you could not send is still a document we do not have, and the delivery clock does not start until we have it.
You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you give us. We submit your information as provided; we do not verify or audit it.
The delivery clock starts on the day your file is complete, meaning we have your submitted intake form, every required document, and answers to any follow-up questions we send you. It does not start on the day you pay.
Once your file is complete, we deliver your full list within 15 business days. This applies to both the 100-GC and the 200-GC package.
For the purposes of these terms, "deliver" means both: we have submitted your registration to every GC in your package, and we have sent you the final report.
Time spent waiting on you does not count against the 15 business days. If a general contractor's own portal or approval process is slow, that time does not count against the 15 business days either, provided we submitted your registration within the window.
There is exactly one condition for a refund, and it is the only guarantee we make: if we do not deliver, as defined in section 5, within 15 business days of your file being complete, you get a full refund of what you paid.
No other refund condition applies. In particular, we do not refund because a GC did not invite you to bid, because a GC rejected or did not act on your registration, because you changed your mind, or because you decided the service was not what you expected after the work was done. Registration is a pre-requisite for receiving bid invitations, never a guarantee of them, and that is stated everywhere we describe this service.

We will never enter your bank account numbers, routing numbers, credit card numbers or any Social Security Number into any form. If a GC requires this information, we will flag it and you complete that field yourself.
Most GC vendor portals require a username and password. We create those on your behalf, using an email address you control. Every credential we create is handed over to you in the final report. From the moment of delivery the credentials are yours and you are responsible for them, including changing the passwords, keeping the accounts active, and any use of them afterwards. We do not retain a copy after delivery and we cannot recover a credential you lose.
We use your information solely to complete vendor registrations on your behalf. We do not sell it or share it with anyone other than the GCs and vendor platforms required to complete the service. You can ask us to delete your file at any time after delivery.
Our total liability for any claim relating to this service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
