CA Construction Leads ("we", "us") submits your company's information to general contractors ("GCs") in California for the purpose of vendor registration and pre-qualification. The package you purchase determines the number of GCs we submit to:
Starter — 100 GCs — $499 USD, one time
Extended — 200 GCs — $699 USD, one time
This is a one-time service. There is no subscription, no renewal and no recurring charge.
Your package is made up of GCs whose vendor registration is directly accessible: the GC's own form, or a platform that is free for subcontractors (such as TradeTapp, BuildingConnected or Procore). Some GCs instead require you to hold a paid subscription to a third-party compliance platform such as ISNetworld, Avetta, Highwire or COMPASS. Those platforms charge you an annual fee, set their own review timelines, and in some cases require your own payment card during signup. GCs of that kind are not part of the package and are not counted in your 100 or 200. If you want them, we quote them separately, the platform fee is yours, and no delivery date is promised.
Registration is not permanent. Most GCs and platforms require an annual update or renewal, and several require a W-9 signed in the current calendar year. What we deliver is your registration as of the delivery date.
At the end of the engagement you receive a report listing every GC we worked, the action taken for each, and the resulting status. Statuses include: application submitted; registration pending GC review; account created; submission not possible (no vendor process available); and action required from you.
We do not guarantee that you will receive bid invitations, that any GC will approve your registration, or that you will be awarded any work. Vendor approval and bid invitations are decided solely by each GC. Registration is a prerequisite for being invited to bid — it is not a promise of work, and no statement by us should be read as one.
By purchasing, you agree to provide, within 30 calendar days of your payment date: (a) the CA Construction Leads onboarding form, completed in full; and (b) the supporting documents we request by email — typically W-9, certificate of insurance, contractor license, DIR registration if applicable, EMR letter, and your written safety program (IIPP) — plus any additional document a specific general contractor requires. You must also provide a contact email address to be used on the registration forms.

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you give us. We submit your information as provided; we do not verify or audit it.
Incomplete information. Registrations are submitted using the information you provide. Where a general contractor requires a field or a document you have not supplied, that registration cannot be completed. We do not guarantee the full number of registrations in your package if your information is incomplete.
Expiry. If the completed form and the requested documents are not received within 30 calendar days of your payment date, the order is closed as delivered-as-able. No claims, credits, or refunds will be accepted after that date.
The delivery clock starts on the day your file is complete, meaning we have your submitted intake form, every required document, and answers to any follow-up questions we send you. It does not start on the day you pay.
Once your file is complete, we deliver your full list within 15 business days. This applies to both the 100-GC and the 200-GC package.
For the purposes of these terms, "deliver" means both: we have submitted your registration to every GC in your package, and we have sent you the final report.
Time spent waiting on you does not count against the 15 business days. If a general contractor's own portal or approval process is slow, that time does not count against the 15 business days either, provided we submitted your registration within the window. The same applies to any third-party platform's review queue, which we do not control and which no platform publishes a time limit for.
There is exactly one condition for a refund, and it is the only guarantee we make: if we do not deliver, as defined in section 5, within 15 business days of your file being complete, you get a full refund of what you paid.
No other refund condition applies. In particular, we do not refund because a GC did not invite you to bid, because a GC rejected or did not act on your registration, because you changed your mind, or because you decided the service was not what you expected after the work was done. Registration is a pre-requisite for receiving bid invitations, never a guarantee of them, and that is stated everywhere we describe this service.
The refund guarantee above depends on your file becoming complete. If you do not send the completed form and the requested documents within the 30 calendar days set out in section 4, the delivery clock never starts, the order is closed as delivered-as-able, and no refund is due.

We will never enter your bank account numbers, routing numbers, credit card numbers or any Social Security Number into any form. If a GC requires this information, we will flag it and you complete that field yourself.
Most GC vendor portals require a username and password. We create those on your behalf, using an email address you control. Every credential we create is handed over to you in the final report. From the moment of delivery the credentials are yours and you are responsible for them, including changing the passwords, keeping the accounts active, and any use of them afterwards. We do not retain a copy after delivery and we cannot recover a credential you lose.
We use your information solely to complete vendor registrations on your behalf. We do not sell it or share it with anyone other than the GCs and vendor platforms required to complete the service. You can ask us to delete your file at any time after delivery.
Our total liability for any claim relating to this service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Registration is per subcontractor and is not exclusive. Other subcontractors — including other clients of CA Construction Leads — may be registered with the same general contractors. Registration is a prerequisite for receiving bid invitations; it is not a guarantee of bid invitations, leads, or awarded work.
